Terms of Service
Draft for review before launch. Two things to decide with a lawyer: the governing law and courts (section 12), and the refund policy (section 6).
1. The short version
Leva is a tool that helps you write and publish on your own LinkedIn. Your posts are yours. You decide what goes out, and you're responsible for it. You can cancel at any time. We work hard to keep Leva running well, but we can't promise it will be perfect, and we can't control LinkedIn.
2. Who we are
Leva is made by Arvel Labs ("we", "us"). These terms are an agreement between you and Arvel Labs when you use the Leva website, web app and Chrome extension (together, "Leva").
3. Your account
- You need to be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms.
- Give us a real email address and keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
- Use Leva only with LinkedIn accounts that are yours, or that you're allowed to manage (for example, a client who asked you to).
4. Using Leva on LinkedIn
Leva works through your own browser and your own LinkedIn login. LinkedIn has its own User Agreement, which limits automated activity. You're responsible for following it. Leva keeps conservative daily limits and never posts without your approval, but LinkedIn decides what it allows, and it may restrict accounts it believes are automated. We aren't responsible for actions LinkedIn takes on your account.
Don't use Leva to spam, harass or mislead people, to impersonate anyone, to collect other people's data for resale, or to break any law. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Your content
- Everything you write or publish with Leva is yours. That includes drafts Leva writes for you once you use them.
- You give us permission to store and process your content only to run Leva for you, for example to send it to our AI provider to write a draft. We don't sell it and we don't use it for ads.
- AI can be wrong. Read every draft before you publish it. You're responsible for what you publish.

6. Plans, trials and payment
- Leva has a free plan and paid plans. Current prices and features are on the Plans page.
- New accounts get a free Pro trial. When it ends, your account moves to the free plan unless you subscribe. We never charge you without your card and your OK.
- Paid plans renew automatically every month or year until you cancel. Payments are handled by Stripe.
- You can cancel any time from Plans → Manage subscription. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. We don't refund partial periods.
- If we change prices, we'll tell you at least 30 days before your next renewal.
7. Invite rewards
When someone you invited with your link subscribes, you get one free month of Pro (as Pro time, or as a credit on your Stripe bill). Rewards have no cash value. We may withdraw rewards that come from fake or duplicate accounts.
8. Stopping
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, or that put Leva or other people at risk. If we close Leva entirely, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice and a way to download your data.
9. Changes to Leva and to these terms
We improve Leva all the time, so features may change. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you by email or in the app before the change applies. Using Leva after that means you accept the new terms.
10. No guarantees
Leva is provided "as is". We don't promise that it will always be available, error-free, or that it will grow your audience or business. LinkedIn may change its website at any time, which can break features until we fix them.
11. Limits on our responsibility
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost opportunities, or restrictions placed on your LinkedIn account. Our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have that can't be limited by law.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Arvel Labs is registered, and disputes go to its courts, unless the law where you live gives you the right to use your local courts.
