Privacy
Draft for review before launch: have it checked against the laws where you sell.
The short version
Leva helps you write and publish on LinkedIn. It only works with your own account, from your own browser. We don't sell your data, we don't show you ads, and you can download or delete everything at any time.
What we store
- Your account: name, email, and a securely hashed password.
- Your workspace: the profile, audience, brand and voice notes you give us, plus the ideas, drafts, images and schedules Leva creates for you.
- What the browser extension reads from LinkedIn when you ask it to: your own posts and their stats, comments on your posts, your inbox, your connections, and the public profile details of people you choose to contact.
- Activity logs: what the extension did and when, and any errors, so we can keep it safe and fix problems.
What the extension does
The extension acts only in your signed-in LinkedIn tab, only on actions you approved or scheduled: publishing a post, replying to a comment, sending a message or a connection request. It keeps conservative daily limits and stops immediately if LinkedIn shows a warning. It never sees or stores your LinkedIn password.
Who processes your data for us
- OpenAI writes drafts, replies and ideas from the text you provide.
- Tavily runs web searches for trend research.
- Kie.ai generates post images.
- Railway hosts the app and database.
- Stripe handles payments. We never see your card number.
- Cloudflare stores encrypted backups, if enabled.
Each one only receives what it needs for its job.
Your choices
- Download your data: Settings → Account → Download my data.
- Delete your account: Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your workspaces, drafts, logs and files.
- Stop the extension: remove it from Chrome at any time. Nothing runs without it.
Security
Data travels over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Accounts lock for 15 minutes after repeated wrong passwords.
